记忆B细胞(Memory B Cell):记忆B细胞的寿命很长,再次暴露抗原时,记忆B细胞可立即生成对抗其抗原的抗体。随着再次暴露于外源抗原,记忆B细胞立即重新分化为活化B细胞,并能够进一步分化为能分泌抗体的浆细胞。记忆B细胞一般认为是CD27+,不过也存在CD27-IgD-的同型转换亚型。
