摘要 双向电泳(Two-dimensional(2D) gel electrophoresis)是一项基于蛋白的两种不同特性:电荷和质量来分离蛋白的技术。首先基于蛋白固有电荷,通过等电聚焦(isoelectric focusing IEF)进行第一向蛋白分离,然后根据蛋白的质量,在第二向中通过SDS-PAGE电泳进行蛋白分离。使用这两种不同的分离技术的结果是增高了对蛋白的分辨率。
