Yep, i go on SP or during Loading (i've tried in many times of GTA Launching), i close all Rockstar and Social Club UI and programs (from advanced) and then i start RPH. After that Rockstar Launcher re opens and i Re kill him with Task Manager but RPH still stucks on 'Loading...
