I used large anaheim chiles, and diced them instead of slicing lengthwise. The recipe specifies that any small hot pepper will work, are the larger hot peppers safe too? I do not like jalapenos, but I love poblano and anaheim. Are these varieties also safe for pickling? Reply Marisa says...
