Sounds very similar in to the recipe, “The Amazing Five-Hour Duck” I’ve been using for 15+ years to roast my whole ducks. Low and slow renders all of the fat out, leaving the meat still moist. I really love the idea of not having to fry the wings. Every little bit helps!!!
