The results are a factor of 1000 off if the units are micromole/liter but if the units are in mmol/liter, 6.92 makes sense. Or less likely, if the units are micromole/milliliter, 6.92 works. Relook at units (units might be in deciliters, but that is only worth a 10x correction)....
