You can't obtain and keep Legendary Pokemon (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew) yet, no matter what you've been hearing. A few trainers did accidentally get them,but Niantic took them away. Don't use location-spoofing apps or emulators, oryou might get banned from Pokemon for good....
