其实国际上还有和 What3Words 类似的系统，比如 Google 2014 年推出的 Open Location Code 开放位置编码（ 下称 OLC ）。不同的是，OLC 用数字 + 字母来表示地址，并且有规律可循。距离近的地方，它们的编码也是类似。OLC 和 What3Words 孰优孰劣网上看法不一，但我认为在紧急情况下 What3Words 更不会出错。
