As 916 is not standard movement type , so check your Movement type settings in T Code: OMJJ. you can find out the reversal movement type in OMJJ it self if its created, go to OMJJ , select movement type and press enter, then enter 916 and click on Reversal/ follow-on movement types....
I suggest to Take the delivery number( in your case I think it is 6200000142 , goods issue) and enter by using T-Code vl03n and click on document flow. Let us know if you find any document flow if yes the its fine if not I am afraid you have to let us know the whole process...
