ddr3内存的复位在168脚，电压1.5V左右，一般内存不过的，先检测内存的工作条件：VCC_DDR1.5V;VTT_DDR0.75V(120脚和240脚）;VCC_SPD3.3v（236脚）;VREF0.75v（第一脚）.还有一个系统管理总线在238和118脚，电压3.3V。4个时钟打值，最后才是复位 另外楼主还漏说一个，就是DRAM_PG信号。
