Capitol Building without a tour is to stop in at The Capitol Visitor Center.This center is open Monday – Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. There are occasions when the building is closed for special events or security reasons!
