不可以。gta5是一款开放世界动作冒险游戏。gta5update文件夹不可以删除，update是游戏根目录文件夹，删除会影响使用。游戏根目录多指游戏安装所在的硬盘及相应创建的文件夹，即游戏安装目录，在完成查找、修改或增删相关文件时，需要改动的文件就放置在安装游戏时创建的文件夹中。
