db是代表数据库名，你这儿要填写你装Joomla时候的数据库名，$dbprefix这儿是代表表的前缀名称，这儿也是装Joomla的时候填写的，和你装的时候填写一致就可以。如果你的数据库服务器和程序不在一个服务器上，那么你的$host变量也要相应改成数据库的IP地址，而不能写localhost，你自己在好好检查一下。
