Hands down, this is the best Chamomile tea you can purchase. I steep mine for 5 minutes. The taste is authentically Chamomile, with no chemical taste what so ever. The tea is so powerful that it actually quells my anxiety and makes me a tiny bit sleepy. (Chamomile does that regardless)...
