打印服务没启动吧！脱机时控制面板－管理工具－服务，找到print spooler这项，运行它就好用了！
你先检查一下看看软件和驱动是否是同一个版本同一张光盘上的.如果不能自动检测你直接手动安装好了再设置不同USB口打印看能不能打印.还是不行估计就是数据线或者机器的问题了.
