If still, Outlook is not resolving the issues Outlook IMAP (This Computer Only) folder then you need to locate your OST file for the IMAP account and rename it. Now, make sure that Outlook is closed while you rename that OST file to OLD file. Also, do not forget to backup any folders...
My customer use 3rd party mail server and setup IMAP in Outlook Home and Business 2013. I found that many subfolders inside inbox and sent are followed by "This Computer only". Also I import emails from backup .PST to this IMAP .OST, results in "This COmputer Only" too. Plesae advise...
