我的是这样解决问题的：（win7 64 bit) 不过我装的是Ansys 13.0 ，可你也试一试吧！！！右击“我的电脑”→ ”管理”→“服务和应用程序”→“服务”→找到“ANSYS,Inc.License server”→双击其启动状态，并将手动改为自动，关闭启动状态，再重新启动状态，即可。。。
