关于UNSW 202..问下大家,现在研三在读,已经和导师联系好了,想申请明年九月入学。可不可以申请新南的TFS然后再通过个人渠道申请国家留学基金委的生活费呢。还是说TFS只能是学校提供学费,导师提供生活费
