Star Citizen in its current state is a performance hog. My PC with a 7800x3d OC and 6750xt gets 45 fps minimum which is CPU limited. Optimizations are coming. This game will play at 16gb but you really need 32gb minimum. The game hitches really bad with 16gb. Performance scales well ...
