这个驱动不能自动安装，应该指定位置强制安装
应该是VAIO camera capture 这个软件的问题，卸载了就行，反正每啥用处。sony自带的软件用处不大的，聊天用qq就好了，如果你要重装的话，去sony官方网站下载，网址就贴在电脑上的。
