i can download an attack commitment mod, and that directional power attacks still exist, but i guess i can fix that messing with Attack_DXP.esp. I converted MCO and SCAR to OAR, using DAR to OAR conversion, and i had made the mistake of setting up the priority of both the MCO folders...
