So, on my new DELL OPTIPLEX 7000 after LAST BIOS UPDATE, the system froze with a "SECURED WITH DELL SAFEBIOS". After rebooting a couple times, it finally booted manually into Windows but with the same message hanging over the DELL Circle. Ever since, it boots with this message....
