If a 9070xt has ~64 ray tracing hardware units, and a 7900xtx has 96, they have SIGNIFICANTLY improved RT performance. Lotta IFs there. If it has 64 units, and IF they run at the same clock speed as a 7900 xtx, and IF this leak is accurate, then yes its a significant improvem...
