With Fallout NV it doesn't increase from 800Mhz. With Fallout 3 and Crysis it increases to about 2Ghz. With benchmarking software/other applications it increases correctly all the way up to 3.2Ghz. I'm thinking that this could actually be an issue with Windows XP...
