under review就比较快！有些杂志只有under review这一个状态，没有with editor这个状态，所以under review并不一定代表已经送出去审了，可能还在编辑手里。这和等车一样，有时一到车站，车就来了，有时等了很久，还没有车（当然一般就是等等，不知是否有人打电话去催，或怀疑这个路线的车取消了）。
