This isn't a laptop, it's a tower PC plugged into the wall. I mistyped the PC model, it's a DellXPS8940. I've checked (and double-checked) that I have the latest audio (and video) drivers. Is the audio driver the one from Dell or one that Windows says is the latest driver?
