Two screens in Paypal Help say that if you funded your payment from your bank account, then if that payment is refunded, it will appear in your Paypal balance. But I have been told that this is not true any more and the refund will be made into your bank account. Which is correct?

But yeah, I understand why Apple is doing it, just like I pretend to understand why PayPal keeps your transaction fee if you issue a refund. It's on paper to prevent refunds from being abused or discourage chronic bad-faith sellers/devs. In practice, it's to pad profits....
