I bought a redmi note 8 pro back in March 2020. Normal usage it goes to 40°C. And when gaming sometimes it reaches 47-50°C. My phone is still alive after 4 1/2 years and performs well for a midrange phone. Battery isn't replaced yet and lasts 5-6 hours on continuous gaming....
