diet for 3 1/2 days then soy 1/2 of day, then back on diet for 3 1/2 days then dairy, corn , sugar, citrus etc...this diet helped so much to figure out the cause of all my symptoms an it is best to stop all gluten for at least six months to really see a turn around ....
