安装时不要把安装路径设置到自己建的文件夹下，只可修改系统默认的存盘路径。如：默认安装C:\quartus\90，只能将C改为D或E盘等文件夹名不能改动。否则就会引起错误不能启动软件。安装顺序你应该会了，就不在赘述了。楼上回答的即可

因为你的板子没连好，或者没选 点击下载页面的 start上面的hardware setup按钮,（旁边应该显示no hardware）选择你的板子，一般会是USB BLASTER，选好后，单击OK ，就可以下载了
