永存三叉动脉 (persistent trigeminal artery,PTA) 又名原始三叉动脉、持续性三叉动脉等,是颈内动脉和基底动脉 (basilar artery,BA) 之间永存的异常血管吻合,是一种较为罕见的脑血管变异。 在脑血管胚胎发育期,颈内动脉系统与BA系统之间有4支暂时的胚胎期吻合血管,即原始三叉动脉、舌下动脉、内听动脉和第一颈节动脉。
