这个键是快捷屏幕截取键，会截取当前屏幕的图片到系统内存的剪切板中，如果死机，多是你的系统出了问题，建议先到时其它系统下测试一下，如果没有问题那就重新装系统吧。顺便说一下你下载个键盘测试软件先测试下键盘有没有问题。
我的THINKPAD直接就有这个按键，HP的是Fn+insert。联想有单独的按键PrtSc。dell的和联想的是一样的。
应该是WIN7系统不兼容的问题，我的是lenovo Y560 系统是WIN7普通版的，玩DOTA的时候也是按print screen sysrp键死机，直接掉线出来 重启后 我进入小游戏按print键，打开画图，粘贴下截图，保存 重复两三次后 就没再死过机了，你可以试下
