这个是说没有电源提供给5V的网络线。在Power上双击，名称写为“VCC”；在地上双击名称写为“GND”。不用5V作名字也得，Vcc就是5V的电源。
应该是VCC电源网络出问题，没连上。我觉得是你改了POWER的网络标示，软件默认的不标注时，电压就是5V；GROUND不标就是0V，尽量不去改动GROUND。POWER可以改动，但不必须标明极性和电压值，如“+5V”、"-9V"，而不是“VDD”之类的网络标号。
proteus仿真错误，电源端子默认的就是VCC，但是不要输入字符VCC，输入就错了。同理，接地默认是GND，输入也错了。都不要输入什么字符直接放置。电压不是5Ⅴ的端，只输入+12、-12、+5就行，不能带字母v，带了就错，3处画红圈的错误。
