可能是c盘的文件损坏了，试下运行chkdsk工具修复；在开始---运行中，输入chkdsk x： (后接参数，可参见上述参数解释），回车 比如输入chkdsk e: /f /r 回车运行就表示修复E盘上的错误，并找到坏扇区恢复可读取的信息。
