原因是画蛇添足的设置了Msdev的兼容模式，取消Msdev兼容模式即可.(VC6.0图标上右键，“属性”->"兼容性", 取消里面的兼容性设置。）
项目路径不存在。可能是该文件夹被移动了或删掉了。可以浏览一下，引导到新的文件夹。如果不麻烦，就新建一个了。
从报错上看，是你没有创建项目目录，重新建一个，然后再创建工程文件。
