如果你不是在持有F1Visa五年之内使用的OPT, 建议去做一个Substantial PresenceTest（可以在IRS官网上找到）的检测，来确定你是不是NonresidentAliens的身份。NonresidentAliens建议在OPT期间持有效的Visa和工卡出示给公司并明确告知Ta你不需缴纳社安税。若是被误扣了社安税，可以向税局提供资料，将社安税要回来。
