I have a US Nokia 3.1 that upgraded to Android 9 several weeks ago. HMD had reigned in their task killer on the 8.1 upgrade, but here we are on 9 and (sigh) it's back. Uninstalling com.evenwell.powersaving.g3 seemed to make no difference...
