之前一直好好的，今天突然坏了。我不用下载声卡就解决了这个问题。打开控制面板-->硬件和声音-->设备管理，然后在找到’声音、视频和游戏控制‘这个文件夹，点开，右键选择您的声卡（我是realtek high definition audio)，选择“禁用”之后，再重新右键选择“重启”，笔记本就恢复声音了。祝你好运！
