出现“no boot sector on internal hard drive~”按F1就可以启动的话，通常是该系统硬盘没有被设置为第一启动盘（因而找不到硬盘引导区），有可能是其他硬盘（多硬盘情况）或光驱被设置为第一启动盘盘了。进入bios重新设置启动盘顺序，或者打开机箱重新给硬盘或光驱”跳线“设置启动盘顺序试试。
启动项太多了，进入bios，把不用的启动项删掉，让bios没得选，就会自动选择windoes来启动了，不会删启动...
