客户端还是服务器？如果是服务器，建议先确认是否可以与PLC通讯正常（网络是不是通的，PCPG接口是否正确设置？）若是客户端，需确认客户端与服务器是否通讯正常,若通讯正常，再确认是否正确加载服务器数据包
