干扰素β (Interferon beta, IFN-β),又称成纤维细胞干扰素,是一种分子量大约为22kDa的分泌型蛋白,属于I型干扰素家族。成熟的小鼠IFN-β与大鼠和人IFN-β分别具有75%和47%的氨基酸同源性。IFN-β主要由成纤维细胞分泌产生,但在机体受到病原体刺激的情况下,树突状细胞、巨噬细胞和内皮细胞也能分泌产生IFN-β。
