I'm between sizes and went with the smaller size and it fit great. For reference I'm 5'6 125lbs (pre pregnancy) and got an XS. I'm 22 weeks now (just a little baby bump)and it will still fit through the holidays but will be wearable afterwards also (I hate maternity clothes!
