Hello! I'm heading to college a year from now, and considering getting a new laptop that I would take to class with me. However, I still would also like to be able to play the Sims 4 with multiple packs and mods. Any suggestions?

I'm relieved to be able to rule out the first option because it seems quite expensive to me and if you're not going to use it in The Sims 4 it's not worth paying so much >< As for the other thing, I'd like to buy a laptop that already has Windows 11 installed ...
