点个赞。但IC50和EC50可以跟小白们解释得更加简明一些。IC50的I,重在Inhibition,只考察对靶点的效应。EC50的E,重在Effect,看的是总体生物学表型。举例:抗癌药EGFR激酶抑制剂的IC50,是指EGFR的磷酸化被抑制一半的剂量,而EC50是指癌细胞的活力被抑制一半的剂量。
