Bag ordered from QVC, arrived very quickly, excellent service from QVC. BUT Kipling bag a huge disappointment, have had many Kipling bags in the past (am still using a lovely one) and could not get over how the quality had deteriorated. Fabric stiff and uncomfortable. All the pockets too ...
