这个是科研出版社出版（scirp）的期刊，国外注册，只有国际刊号，因子0.46，只能算一般。难度不是很大，编辑很负责。学生投稿的话最好问清楚学校认不认可,不过大部分是认可的，因为国内也有一些985.211高校学生在那发论文，但是外国人发得更多一些。貌似学生发文有折扣。欠发达国家发文也有折扣。

是Scientific Research Publishing 的期刊，不是sci。这是一个一般的英语期刊，难度较小，大部分学校都认可，不过投稿之前最好在学校问清楚，或者看看有没有学长发过。
