客观来说,International Journal of Aerospace Engineering还是Hindawi旗下办的还不错的刊物,投稿有一定门槛,收费很贵(1600刀一篇),如果课题组有钱而且老师报销的话也可以投稿。但需要注意很多地方不认开源期刊,投稿前需要弄清楚,至少自然科学基金委很多评议专家不认。
