创伤严重程度评分(Injury Severity Score,ISS)是一种广泛应用于评估创伤严重程度的评分系统。该系统由美国创伤学会(American Association for the Surgery of Trauma,AAST)于1974年提出,并经过多次修订。ISS评分通过对患者受伤部位、伤情严重程度以及生理和代谢功能等方面的评估,计算出总分,以此来反映患者的创伤严重程度。
