保证期间内，人民法院受理债务人破产案件的，本行按照有利于债权保护的原则，既可以直接要求保证人承担保证责任，也可以在债权申报期间向人民法院申报债权，参加债务人破产财产分配，并在破产程序终结后（ ）内，就破产程序中未受清偿的部分继续要求保证人承担保证责任。
