Install Package File就是在你平常运行MM和游戏那里中间的一个选项，最上面是存档什么的，然后是app home ps3 game，下面就是install package file。USB移动盘根目录是你移动硬盘的根目录。
重新刷机或者恢复下初始设置就可以了，没了这个不影响游戏，只是不能通过USB安装游戏和应用了，也可以通过其他引导程序安装游戏或应用

如果安装后的游戏出现启动错误等无法运行的情况，那就是PKG本身的问题，跟E3 PKG INSTALLER 软件无关。
